Conjúgalo! is an advanced beginner level focusing on verb tenses and pronunciation. Students are required to have a basic handle on at least the present tense. If you’re looking for a combination of grammar and conversation, this class is for you!

*JULY 5–19: Sin Vergüenza: Educación Sexual con Vero - Intermediate Spanish Sessions
Are you ready to have a fun and safe summer? Throughout this 3 week class, we will cover all of the sex education basics: (1) STIs prevention, diagnosis & treatment, (2) pregnancy prevention & contraceptives, and (3) how to talk about consent and boundaries. This course is recommended for intermediate and advanced Spanish speakers.

*JULY 11: VERY ABSTRACT AND A LITTLE BIT HARSH A selection of 16mm films and poetry by Lily Jue Sheng & Stom Sogo, tracing the political consciousness of Lily Jue Sheng’s practice through a decade of their experience around unstable cinema economies. The program will be accompanied by a reading from their upcoming chapbook Wage Theft, a mix of poetic and agitprop thinking that draws from class struggles across various fronts and fissures, followed by a Q&A with the audience.
